Sur La Table Flavors of the Italian Coast Class

Pasta often steals the show, but sauces are the unsung hero of Italian cuisine. In this class, you’ll learn all the secrets to crafting classic Italian sauces. You’ll learn to chop herbs for a flavorful pesto to pair with a caprese salad, sauté onions and herbs for a spicy tomato sauce to go with succulent shrimp and much more. For dessert, we’ll create a light and delicious Prosecco Zabaglione with Berries.
