Teens’ 5-Day Summer Series: Advanced Baking

Treat your budding foodie to five days full of hands-on cooking fun! In our all-new Summer Series designed for ages 12 and older, your teen will learn to become more creative and confident in the kitchen. As they laminate dough for croissants, roll out craquelin for cream puffs, set the perfect custard and more, they’ll learn advanced baking techniques, essential food prep skills and best practices for kitchen safety—all guided by an expert chef instructor. At the end of the week, each student goes home with a printed menu, graduation certificate and skills to use for a lifetime.
